"Would do 0 stars if I could. Cashier was a massive jerk with some kind of attitude, left a bad vibe on the entire rest of my day. Only come to this store if you want to have a bad day :) Otherwise, maybe find another office supply store in the area that doesn’t trade on bad customer service."

"My experience at Staples today! I walk in and go the print counter and I ask if I could get 3 copies of plat copied. The woman abruptly says "it will be later today". I ask do you have a printer that I can use to make the copies? She responds "no". I ask "well how long does it take to make 3 copies"? She responds " I have other orders in front of you". So I go to FedEx on Franklin Street. I went to the self serve printer and was a little perplexed on the operation. A lady walks up to me and says "can I help you"? I responded 'please". She walks me thru the process, I get my copies and I tell her thank you for being so helpful. I tell her "you are much more kind than your competition". She respond by saying " It's not what you say but how you say it". So true and and that is why I would rather give my business to those that are considerate and not those that treat me like a number. I recommend taking all of your print business to FedEx on Franklin Street in Chapel Hill!"

"I tried getting TSA precheck here 3 times. The first 2 times with an appointment and the last as a walk-in. Each time I had to leave after an hour of waiting since it was during a workday. I would receive a text saying it was my turn nearly 2 hours after the scheduled time each time. The amount of time you would spend here recieving this would probably negate any saved time at the airport."

"I have often found the check-out personnel to be brusque and unhelpful except for one time when I had a very helpful lady. Last Tuesday, the person at the cash register was quite rude and seemed to be in a hurry. When I hesitated about signing up for a $5 warranty (for a $30 product), she glared at me and said, 'Yes or No' in a very impatient way. Does Staples provide training for staff who interact with customers."

"I only went here to use the UPS Access point for my Amazon returns. But the store was clean, the staff were attentive and quick. Dropping one star because they don’t put a price on candy/snacks. I assume they know we want to indulge and will pay above normal price for sweets. They’re not a sweet store but they’re also not a gas station so prices should be listed. The same sidewalk chalk here is $2 more than at Walmart. But I guess this store is more convenient and again not a chalk store but an office store. So it’s just nice that they have a broader selection especially because they’re centrally located. Thank you for a wide selection."
