"I used to be a loyal Lowes shopper because they are based in North Carolina. However after today after attempting to return 2 items that I had purchased more than 90 days ago with my receipt in hand I am no longer a loyal customer. Evidently the store policy is that they will not accept any return post 90 days. It is not written anywhere on the receipt nor is it at the point of sale. However it is at the customer service desk which is what I was told. The young woman at customer service was very polite as was the front end supervisor. However, the manager that I spoke with was very dismissive. In the future when I, an avid DIYer will drive past my Lowes to make my purchase at your competitor. It's crazy how one bad interaction can change everything. I was even willing to accept a store credit that could only be used at Lowes. I am very disappointed and will make purchase decisions in the future based on my interaction today."

"My husband and I placed an order for tile. The day we ordered there were not enough in stock so the associate Anna/Ana in flooring looked at inventory in the system and stated she could place an order and we could pick the order up on 12/1. We went on 12/3 to pickup the order and the tile was not there. Torryn who was great tried to assist and could not locate the order. He called the ASM who also could not see where the order was placed. We paid for the order and it was supposedly placed by the associate on 11/26. We have contractors coming tomorrow and now we have no tile for them to install delaying the project. Now my husband and I have to figure out another option. Do BETTER this process was done poorly and has caused us a huge inconvenience."

"Do not order any appliances from Lowe’s! We ordered a refrigerator over Labor Day, it was delivered a week later the French doors were uneven! We called and they made my husband fix them over the phone! Then we noticed once door was chipped and all of the doors were crooked! Multiple calls were made, Lowe’s said there return policy was 48 hours! Absolutely ridiculous! The lady said well at least you bought a GE, they have the best service ever ( not even close) 3 no shows, took 3 days off of work for nothing! A guy finally came out and said the freezer needs to be rebuilt! Again waited for parts only to be told they cannot come out until all parts were delivered to our house! All the parts have been sitting in our dining room for a while. The guy came out again to rebuild our BRAND NEW refrigerator only to be told it’s still uneven! When he showed up, he didn’t even have the right tools to fix it so he has to go to Home Depot. He said there’s nothing else he can do and doesn’t have all day to deal with our refrigerator! Needless to say, he left a mess all over our floor, all doors are completely crooked and he drove off! Trying to call GE is like trying to win the lotto, on hold forever only to be told well maybe he had another appt, maybe there’s nothing else he could’ve done! I could go on forever but I don’t have time. Bottom line, our brand new refrigerator is still not right snd no one seems to be in a rush to help us! Looking into the lemon law, neighbor is a lawyer so he is trying to us fix this mess! We will never walk into another Lowe’s Again or buy a GE product! Well, 3 months later , 100 hours of hold times, taking days off work and we haven’t gotten anywhere with GE! Lowe’s is just as bad! It’s now going to be handled by a lawyer! All this for a refrigerator! No such thing as customer service anymore!"

"We were in the appliances area and were looking to buy a range microwave and dishwasher. We were ignored by the sales rep on the floor. We waited a few minutes and tried to get his attention, but he was so busy doing other things. So, we just walked out and went to Home Depot to look for what we needed."

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I ordered flooring (not a lot) to be picked up. It’s been passed to this 3rd location because the other stores had nobody to cut the flooring and were out of stock. This time nobody had the skills nor were competent enough to cut the flooring again! I wasted 4 trips to these locations and ended up being late returning to work EACH time and waited for 30+ minutes EACH time for absolutely nothing because NOBODY knows what they’re doing. I paid $143 for flooring after getting emails that it’s ready for pick up and when I go nobody can fulfill my request. I asked to speak with a manager at this location and after 20 min NOBODY CAME!! I honestly am starting to believe this is a race issue and I will not tolerate that at all! I am completely done with Lowe’s you’re a horrific, unprofessional and incompetent company that absolutely refuses to deliver on your product! I will never shop here again my right hand in the Bible! I can’t even get Corporate on the phone! I NEED SOMEONE TO CONTACT AND REFUND ME ASAP! You all are ruining my renovation and causing me distress by constantly making me wait around for nothing when you know you can’t fulfill my order. STOP SELLING FLOORING IF YOU CANT PROVIDE IT! I still am yet to get my flooring after it’s been almost 24 hrs!"
