"Great people and very good legal support."
"Very helpful with selling a house. Great service, even better staff"
"Great firm to work with, my closing went as smooth as possible. Would recommend."
"They are rude, condescending and don't return phone calls. They have the attitude that they are doing you a favor.... never again... ever will I use or refer this firm."
"DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM! As someone who had a different law firm to assist with closing when I purchased my home - let me advise you that you DO NOT have to tolerate the kind of unprofessional and inconsiderate service you will receive at Simpson and Simpson. When selling my house I was forced to interact with this firm because it was the buyer's choice. However, I would have not chosen such an unprofessional and disorganized firm to handle closing on a house. The paralegal there is incompetent and genuinely rude. Even despite having to pay a $130 fee to their firm, the paralegal handling the transaction refused to answer any questions I had and maintained a hateful and dismissive attitude towards me throughout the process. She was given more than a month to close on the house and yet waited 6 days before the set closing date to contact me in regards to contacting my mortgage company. When she did contact me, she had a paper that she needed me to sign, but because I was out of town that day I asked if she could wait until the following day before I returned the paper to her at which time she flatly said "no." As evidence to her incompetence, she emailed me someone else's closing agreement and I had to contact her again to let her know that she had not sent the right paperwork. Then on day of closing, after signing all papers, I inquired as to when I would receive the payment. At which point she stated "I don't know - whenever the paperwork goes through." When asked when that would be - she rudely looked at me and my daughter and said "Look - you will get it when I'm ready." My daughter then asked what that time frame would be - a couple of hours or a few days? The paralegal then responded in an extremely rude and condescending tone "Well - if you would just wait I could have told you what time that would be." Ultimately, I had to leave the office without either receiving payment or copies of the paperwork and wait for her to call, despite her never giving me a time frame as to when that might be. Thus, I had to wait until she called and make another trip down to the office to pick up my payment and paperwork. I STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE LOOKING FOR A LAWYER TO AVOID THIS FIRM AT ALL COSTS. The paralegal will only be rude, dismissive, and act overly defensive if you ask her to answer any questions or explain any part of the legal process to selling a house."
