The customer service experience was some of the worst I've ever seen and that is saying a lot. I would strongly encourage anyone reading this to take their hard earned money elsewhere. Considering these folks are willing to make a wife with two small children wait around for over an hour then not answer calls, emails or texts 3 days in a row. Unprofessional and disappointing all around."
