"A member of our family passed away in a nursing home. We live in another state and were notified only when we called to inquire about his current condition. He had no other local family. We were told that Mr. Huff was handling everything. I have called and left messages for Mr. Huff three times over the last few months explaining our relationship to the deceased and asking for simply the date, manner of death and what became of his remains. He has never returned my calls despite a plea with his secretary to at least call back with any information he can give us. Shame on him."
