"This was a comfortable hotel with a very nice staff. It was a great state at a very reasonable price. They were remodeling the dining room so a real breakfast was not available. They did provide a bag breakfast. I applaud the effort."

"They have been "renovating" for 3 years....the pool outside had creatures in it and was bubbling...close it down if not using. The bathroom had jumping black bugs in it and immediately when we went into the room and turned the air on I began coughing and hacking, I believe mold. The staff is very friendly and kind and I'm sorry they have to work there."

"If I could give this place a zero I would. My family is miserable there. Also, Don’t let anyone know you are staying here. Apparently, anyone can call and say they know you and cancel your appointment and THEY WONT VERIFY. It smells like mildew, the place is a mess. The people behind the desk, specifically a woman, will give you nothing but attitude. Context: i made my appointment. Set it up myself. Someone who is abusive and petty ( I don’t speak to them) called and spoke to the manager. Manager told them I was staying here and allowed this person to cancel my reservation. The hotel didn’t confirm with me or even send me an email. No call. My poor daughter and I would have been on the street if it weren’t for another hotel. Go to the holiday inn 300 feet away. It has a pool, isn’t being renovated, and is MUCH NICER. The people there are sweet and will give you the southern hospitality you are looking for. NOT THIS PLACE. The people who work at this place couldn’t care less about being professional or considerate."

"Worse hotel stay ever. After you stay a day or two. They will check your room before you go. And say you are good. But if you want to go back. You can't because they will put you on the do not rent list. Even though you did nothing wrong and had room checked out before you left. And was told you are in good standing. They will make up lies about you too."
