Holiday Inn Express & Suites Laurinburg, an IHG Hotel 400 Plaza Drive, Laurinburg, NC 28352

"Positives: super polite customer service, easy to get to, able to get a room last minute. Decent breakfast Negatives: the bathroom was not the cleanest: mold on the shower head and shower curtain rod, wall paper coming off and stapled in the bathroom. There was also a loud sound every time you showered/ flushed the toilet. Bathroom fan does not work either. The tv remote did not work and the air unit took forever to work. Not sure whether it was a cleaner they used on the unit or the filter needed to be changed but my eyes were burning/watering when it was on. Lastly, outdated in terms of plugins, do not expect USB charging plugins."

"This place is the best!! Love my king suite!! The people that work there are awesome. Shout out to Jonathan and Lindsey. But housekeeping great, hot breakfast that starts before 630 which is perfect for us construction workers!! They're pet friendly and very hospitable. Everything you need is close but hardly anyone open on Sunday even the restaurants and seemed like lots of homeless always asking for money and when u offer to help they don't want help they want cash.. Sooooo. But I'm going back this place is perfect. Thanks"

"The area isn't all that! There are alot of stores and restaurants by the hotel, but still a little shady,if u know what I mean! As far as the hotel, the staff and food is great! They even do like a crockpot dinner on Tues evenings and great breakfast every morning!! The beds r awesome,and housekeeping pretty great too!! Got a king room and it even has big jetted tub!! The pool is nice too!!"

"Although all the staff were nice & helpful, the facility is so overdue for renovations I think it needs to be gutted. In the present condition I don't think it should bear the Holiday Inn name. In addition to a very outdated & worn design, specific problems include broken desk chair in our room, black mold in shower, bathroom door won't close, sink faucet splashes water everywhere, and peeling wallpaper in dining area."

"On our way to the beach we always stop at a hotel to give the kids a break. Holiday Inn was our pick. Rooms were clean and we loved the shampoo and body wash right in the room no more having to pack that.pool was open and kids loved being able to release so road energy by swimming. In the morning breakfast was amazing cinnamon rolls yummy something for everyone. Lady working to make all this breakfast was super pleasant and accommodating asked us if we needed anything and kept it very clean. Kept wiping down tables and counter space.. we would definitely come back."
