"I have an ongoing case and live an hour away. Correll Jr. I've met once. I'm disabled and have been in and out of hospital, admitted. I was admitted on my last court appearance in September, a day before court for 6 days. Ots one thing for one to say they are sick it's another to actually be in the hospital. You don't get admitted because you want to. During the entire time I've been diagnosed with illnesses I may well die from. I faxed hospital papers to get bench warrant lifted. It hasn't been. Mr Correll refuses to talk on phone. Rather wants me to call for "" 10 minutes to duscuss "" my case. And thos charge is partly do with my ex whom I've had to move more than 4xs. Because I'm assuming he's providing in as a public defended is concern is lacking."
