"I stopped by the shop and spoke directly with Tony. He was very busy and I considered that to be a good sign for his business. I respected his need to continue to work as he asked me to just text him my information along with photos of the furniture that I would like to have reupholstered. I did this twice with no response and this has been several months. If you’re too busy to accept further business at least be honest and respectful enough to respond to a potential customer. This did not happen. I’m sure the work is good if you’re fortunate to receive a response. Many reviews are the same as in my experience. I will be looking elsewhere."

"I would never recommend this shop to anyone. We took three cushions to the shop and were told that they would be ready in 5 weeks. The work on them coul have been done in less than one day. When we called to see if they were ready after six weeks, they had to look for the cushions and the fabric. They finally said that they could be ready in three days. Upon arriving at their store, they had not only worked on the cushions, they again had a hard time finding them."
