Tellico Log Cabins

"When we got our key we did not go directly to the cabin (number 5) and did not get there until late in the evening (after 10pm) there was a problem with the plumbing, we contacted the office and they promptly sent someone out to fix the issue. After two or three hours of working tirelessly in the cold and dark the poor guy couldn't get the problem solved and told us he would have to come back. They moved us from the smallest (and cheapest) cabin to one of their higher tier (more expensive cabins) we assumed for the night. Instead they let us remain for the rest of our stay and I just don't think you can get customer service like that most times these days. Super pleased! Will definitely stay again. Love them!"

"Very nice cabins. Some of them are literally on the river so they have a gorgeous view and easy access to water. Rocking chairs on deck allow you to sit at night and relax in the sounds of river/nature while stargazing!"
