"Waited in the drive thru for 45 min. With a sick family the lady didn't seem like she knew what she was doing at all. Terrible service long wait."

"I really don't care for this CVS. The pharmacy people hardly ever answer their phone. It's been so bad that I've actually called them from inside the store watching them with no customers in line and they ignore the phone ringing. They also are very short in their responses and not very kind, almost like they're all stuck up or something. I don't really know but I'll be shop and get my prescriptions elsewhere from now on. Always unpleasant coming here. Always."

"Trying to get thru the phone tree... next to impossible. Once you convince the the AI phone operator that you want to talk with a human... the phone call gets shunted to the black hole of where you get the dreaded dial tone"

"If you sign up for "script save" be aware that when they fill your requested Rx's that day that even though you're thinking you're getting a full 90 day supply of your usual Rx's you may be only getting partial Rx's. Today I went in to ask that the pharmacists refill all the Rx's that were due and expected that all the full Rx's would be filled. Nope, didn't happen. When I advised them that I had signed up for text alerts to be sent to me and/or phone calls to my home phone I gave them both of my phone numbers. After no alerts were received after two months of my checking back with them, I found out that they had my home/land line phone number as receiving text alerts which didn't work. I had to keep asking them to check why I wasn't getting notified of Rx's I had ready. That solved, the cashier asked if I wanted to sign up for "script alert" and that she explained was that ALL my Rx's would be ready on the same day each month. She did not explain that it was an immediate thing nor did she tell me that I would be getting a partial Rx. on some today. When I got home I discovered that one Rx instruction advised take 1 tablet as needed for 90 days and only 20 tablets were dispensed. That required me to phone and speak to the pharmacist to get the explanation and they had missed one Rx entirely so that I have to go back yet again to get one they missed to dispense. The pharmacist advised to send them a specific list of what I want them to fill........ So, the script alert as to what's ready? Forget it because the chances are they will surely miss one which will warrant a return trip at your expense to retrieve. Poor service with CVS and their explanations are less than desired. Now for the wait time when you call the Tellico Plains, TN CVS store. Have your lunch or supper ready to sit beside the phone so you can eat it while you wait because it's going to be at least a half hour to an hour before someone picks up the phone. I've been on hold for over 15 minutes this time as of January 10, 2019. Yeah, I know they're busy, yadda yadda, but just because I'm not standing in the long line waiting for service there, doesn't mean I haven't been waiting longer than my share in the phone line to speak to someone just to check and see if my Rx is ready. Supposed to text me when it is, but I won't hold my breath there either. The CVS chain of pharmacies have been falling down on service anywhere lately. Really thinking about switching to Walgreens or somewhere else."
