"I called Mrs. Rakes seeking legal help for a court case, due to circumstances of the the case (wife passing away), I was upset, Mrs. Rakes told me she would charge me double due to my emotional state surrounding the case. I do believe that this was ridiculous of her to say during this emotional time and circumstances of mine. That was very unprofessional and morally wrong, point blank. I would never recommend someone who is this way nor would I ever hire someone who is like this."
