"We were very disappointed in the service provided by this company. We felt good about choosing them and decided to donate our old furniture to their church family. But when they delivered the furniture (inherited from my parents) that had been re-upholstered, we found they had put deep scratches in our hardwood floors in the hall and the couch's arm and back was loose and couldn't been leaned on. We contacted both the owner and his wife several times but was never able to even get someone to come out and look at the floor or couch. Service is very important and is why I research reviews before choosing a company. Because of the service and follow up after the sale, I give them the lowest 1 star."
