Chipotle Mexican Grill

"At first I thought the Chipotle selling Mac n Cheese was an internet joke, but it turns out it wasn't ! They have the best mac n cheese in town hands down !!! And the BBQ ribs are sooo good. It only costs $5 a plate so ya'll go get you some. But they will be quick to charge you extra for the cole slaw though :("

"Half of the line wasn’t stocked. I waited 10 minutes for veggies. The bathroom was a mess. No paper towels to dry your hands. Disgusting toilet. No Tabasco sauce at this location. Every location had Tabasco sauce. Certain people of certain backgrounds got two scoops of steak without asking or paying for it. I got one. All of the employees went in back while 7 people were in line. I also heard a ton of racist talk and bad words. Incredibly unprofessional. All of the tables were dirty. Employees were sitting around doing nothing."

"This is the WORST chipotle ever. The food is always inconsistent. You’re playing Russian roulette with the quality, and let’s not talk about the non existent customer service. I don’t blame the regular staff, they look burnt like these quesadillas I ordered and waited 50 minutes for. Being that this is a high traffic location , the general or district manager needs to do better . Chipotle use to be on the same service and quality as “chick fil a” but casually chillin with Taco Bell now."

"They have an online orders only sign on the door, which is fine. But they have all the customers locked outside with their food sitting inside the window and no one can get anything. 3 different people opened the door, asked for names, and only the 3rd person gave people their food. How has Chipotle let it get this bad?"
