"Online orders are horrible. Where's the food...wait no, where is the LETTUCE for the salad that I ordered. I'm very disappointed with the so called lettuce-less salad I ordered. Nothing more than sitting at your desk and opening a bowl of wind, total DISAPPOINTMENT. Don't be fooled by that pic...under the little lettuce that you see is beans and corn. Best I had asked for beans and corn with a sprinkle of lettuce."

"3 full days in Charlotte and the best food and service we received all weekend was at this Chipotle. Least expensive too. As sad as that is, I'm glad we ended on a positive note leaving from our trip. The man that made our tacos was great, our food was fresh, the drinks from the fountain were on point. A little messy because I think the ice maker was broken and spilling out, but otherwise just a good affordable spot to eat and get decent food quickly unlike basically every other restaurant we visited in the surrounding area."

"Always consistent, always good. If you're on your lunch break and in a hurry, I'd avoid stopping in, because it gets very busy and the line gets very long. Ordering ahead is a great option, but overall, great place. Only one complaint, and that's the speed of service. I'm a believer in moving with urgency, especially during lunch hours when you know it's gonna be busy, but they certainly take their sweet time, which makes the line move very slow. Speed it up, please. I'm willing to bet I can roll 4 burritos before they assemble one bowl."

"Just went there for Lunch today and had a great experience. Just make sure you order ahead on the app because the line can be quite long and will eat up your time if that’s a factor for you. My order was ready when I arrived, seating was available and clean. I love the energy of the city and watching that while eating. Probably my favorite Chipotle around because of this. One thing that’s really great too is Vegan options. I recently went vegan for health reasons and it’s sure nice to eat a familiar meal for a reasonable cost. This is also a short walk from my office which is convenient and nice to get a few steps in. I hope you enjoy your meal!"
