Qualla Motel & Cabins

"Worst experience ever.. me and my boyfriend checked in at 4pm and left around 6:30pm to go to the casino. We arrived back to the cabin around 1am and all of our belongings were sitting outside in the rain and the locks were changed. We had no clue as to why this happen because we only was in the room 2 hours and caused no problems. We did manage to contact someone that night which provided no help and eventually got blocked from calling only because we wanted answers. We had to drive 3 hours back home that night because we had no were to stay. The next day we find out they had us mistaken from someone else who had threatened them and gave them problems. They never even tried to offer us a free stay or anything because of what they did. They also had charged my boyfriend card for almost 2000 dollars when we were only there for one night and didn’t even get to stay that one night. I don’t recommend this place at all"

"Nice place to stay! No carpet, so it keeps the room cleaner. Door has keys, but it took a lot to unlock the door. Reasonable price and a $20 pet fee."

"This place was WONDERFUL! So clean and what a beautiful little creek. I just wish it had been warmer so we could enjoy the games, creek path, and fire pit. We can’t wait to come back!"

"What a wonderful place! The cabin was nice. A/C didn't work great but that's ok bc it was cool enough to crack the window open. The whole cabin was clean. The bed was big and comfy. The staff was friendly. My hubby and I will be back the next time we drive the Tail of the Dragon!"

"First time staying at Qualla but was pleasantly surprised. My husband and I loved it. We will be using them from now on. Stayed in cabin 16 which was a king bed, microwave, refrigerator, TV, bathroom, and a porch overlooking the river. We went to Cherokee to see the elk and it was only about a 5 to 10 min. drive to the visitor center. Staff was very nice."
