I helped my elderly neighbor go there to get a custom rubber stamp for a book he had written. Jeff greeted us and proceeded to listen very well as my neighbor described what he wanted ( which he explained in a circuitous fashion). We ended up working on several versions of the text while Jeff waited patiently and provided guidance when requested. When he saw how important this project was to my neighbor, he offered to make the stamp on the spot so he could see a proof. Then the text was changed 2 more times and each time Jeff made another proof. His patience and courtesy, respectful attitude and genuine helpfulness were outstanding. And then, given the frailty of my neighbor, Jeff offered to stamp all of the copies for him, completely exceeding my expectations.
