"I was having an awful day, everything was going wrong for me. I stopped in to ship a package and had a great experience there. It put me in a better mood. I was having trouble focusing, but the gentleman that helped me was very patient, explained everything, and was extremely professional and polite. It helped my day go a little better. This was my second time using them and it was great the first time too."
"I had an Amazon return drop off this morning at the Apex UPS store. I waited patiently behind a customer that gave Mason a pretty hard time for no reason. He handled it professionally and efficiently. Mason also handled my return quickly and with a smile. This store is lucky to have an employee of his caliber."
"These guys are AMAZING! No LINE!!! No WAIT!!! This was the highlight of my day, until I was greeted with a warming SMILE! But not to mention, the most SYMPATHETIC, COMPASSIONATE, PATIENT, & most UNDERSTANDING young man in customer service in such a long time I had to leave a ***** REVIEW….."
"Do not ship thru this store without viewing these pictures and reading this review. I shipped this TV brand new in the box, surrounded on all sides with Styrofoam protective packaging. They inspected the carton and allowed me to insure it for $600.00. I get the TV returned to me with the box completely torn apart and with holes in it. They had to tape around it to keep it together to ship back to me. The top of the TV was totally caved in. Obviously the box was jammed in the conveyor system and someone kicked it to free it up. That is the only way it could have sustained this type of damage. The UPS STORE DENIED MY CLAIM!!!!! He stated it was insufficiently packed. The best part? I receive TV's in at my work place from UPS just like I shipped this one out! This is how UPS ships TV's! If the packaging was inadequate why did they allow it to be shipped and insured for $600???? Why didn't they refuse to ship or refuse to insure it? What packaging would have prevented this type of damage...titanium? If they denied this claim they will deny yours. Do not use this store."
