"Very rude service with no answers as to why my refund is not being given. In October I shipped a package next day guaranteed. Due to an error made by UPS, package had to be returned to the office and shipped out the following day. I paid 250.02 to ship next day, the late policy states even if the package is 6seconds late a refund is due as it is backed by the guarantee. Why am I not getting a refund for a mistake you all made??? Talked to Cory and was supposed to hear from the owner Jason, they will never follow up with me and I have to call repeatedly as if I’m bugging them for what’s due to me. I will continue to complain, policy is policy, I did everything right on my end. UPS needs to make this right by issuing a refund."

"I called up and was told that there was no charge for printing a return receipt for an Amazon return. When I went to the store they said it would be $4. The girl handed me a paper with an email address and said to send them an email or scan the code. I was a little confused but she jut just stood there like like she couldn't be bothered, so I left. I will never go back there."

"Excellent customer service- highly recommend! We visited this UPS store to drop off an Amazon return and we weren't sure whether it could be sent as standard shipping due to its large size. Kate was extremely helpful, taking initiative to verify the size/weight limits and even calling us to confirm that the driver accepted the package. The team at this location are professional and helpful- Kate is awesome!"
