"Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Mike was incredible. We had so much fun on the bus. He was also very accommodating. He was on time and fun to have as a driver. We never felt unsafe or anything like that. We were in good hands. The bus was very clean and comfortable. The only issue I can say is with communication during the booking; it seemed there was a disconnect, possibly from the person booking and the driver. Also, we were quoted one price and then were told an extra $100 for taxes two days before when we called for confirmation. We also asked for a receipt a few times and still have not yet received one. I would say definitely book if you want the experience; I just hope the backend, business-wise, tightens up a bit."
