"My first review was not accurat it was a very nice place place and lovely rooms .they let me stay with my little dogs ..the bed was very comfortable..I really appreciated them letting me stay with my dogs ."

"A standard motel room (room 4) the first night a a cabin the second night. Motel was nice and clean but the cabin (#22) was excellent. The difference in cost was well worth it!"

"Nice place, rooms were clean. It has a small pool and is on a small river/stream. The best part was that you can wade in the river and there are two fire pits by the river."

"We really lucked out when we found this gem. I was in the area for the weekend working on a wedding. And my boyfriend came with me. I sent him to the hotel before I got there and they already graded him by name, even though it was a day later that I booked it the room was extremely clean and tidy, very cozy the bed to amazingly comfortable, and the staff was wonderful beautiful property with a gorgeous little creek behind it, set up for bonfires and chairs. It’s even got a pool looks very clean, but too cold for when we were there absolutely five stars for this motel. I even thought I lost my watch and the staff did everything they could to help me find. It seemed very concerned and very helpful. I can’t say enough good things we will definitely 100% be back.!! ❤️❤️❤️"

"Stayed there for 5 days in March. Went to Cades Cove every day. We had a great stay and didn't want to leave. Thanks for the friendly staff and giving us a place to get away from Indiana for just a short few days! Hope to be back some day soon. Wish we lived in Townsend, so peaceful, friendly, and no mass traffic issues to deal with."
