"service" seems like too cold a word for the incredible help she provided us. Jeannie comes across more as a trusted lifelong friend you've reached out to help you realize a big moment in your life. Coming from hundreds of miles away and trying to purchase in another state is HARD. But, having Jeannie in the passenger seat made the endeavour seem easy; it WASN'T, mind you, but it still FELT easy and I wholeheartedly credit Jeannie for that!
