"I took my Amazon package back in the original box it was shipped to me in. When I got to the counter Herbie said that it had to fit in the box. I proceeded to rearrange the stuff in the box so it would fit. Herbie then told me that UPS would not take a package back if it box was not flat when closed. I told Herbie again this is the original box and that you can close the box and tap it closed. He then told me that I had to buy a box for $22.00! Let’s just say after I paid for the box he gave me the receipt I never seen the box I paid $22.00 for so i don’t know if he even put it in a new box to return it or just made $22.00 off of me to return it in the box I had it in originally."

While I'm not sure what others have been through, my experience was a positive one. I viewed associates treating customers well, and my personal experience was extremely positive. "I needed to scan some documents to send to someone and didn't have time to go to my place of employment to do so. So I looked to see if there was a kinko's still around and came by the listing of The UPS Store. I had no idea that they did so much. Scanning, faxing, copying, send out packages, and they also have a few mailboxes. Oh and the provide notary services as well. I'm not sure if it's personal PO boxes or not. The post office last pick up from them is 3pm and the UPS air last pick up is at 6pm if I'm not mistaken. Take a visit you won't be disappointed."
