"A Great Place to Print!!! I was planning to print a baby shower stationary set at UPS but the turn around time was 24 hours. I called River Run Pack and Ship 1 hour before they closed on a Saturday and they printed my order in less time than it took me to drive there. To top that off, the print job cost $20 less than it would have at UPS. River Run Pack and Ship has excellent reliable service and their employees are very kind and helpful. I will definitely be back!"

"We came in trying to ship 9 boxes of a recently deceased family member’s belongings to our house in Texas. It was an hour before close and after spending 40 minutes in the store, they told us it would take about 2 hours to ship everything and cost about $700. We left and took all 9 boxes back into our car after it took them 40 minutes to ship ONE CANVAS. The entire time we were watching them take people in front of us even though we were first in line, and the employees were telling people to cut us. The next day we drove to Myrtle Beach and went to an actual, competent FedEx and we were in and out in SEVEN MINUTES and it had only cost $150! I can’t believe they were going to charge us $700! That is an insane miscalculation. The entire time the lady was treating us with suspicion, triple checking our ID, stating loudly that she had already checked ID, and repeatedly made comments such as, “this is going to cost a fortune!”. Why is that any of your business? Do your job and mind your own business. It was very clear they did not want us there. Next time before assuming and judging people when you can’t even do your job properly, maybe remember that you don’t know the full story (and that you don’t need to know). I would never give this place my money. You are there to do your job and that’s it, but they are incapable of doing that properly. They couldn’t even seem to comprehend that we were shipping the boxes to ourselves - the address on our IDs. I could have jumped behind the counter and done their job quicker. The rudeness, demeanor, judgement, and in incapability to do what they are paid to do is astounding."

"Excellent customer service! As newsletter editor of a local publication, I can tell you that the staff here, especially Catherine, are top-notch. Professional, responsive, and so helpful! I come here monthly to make copies of the newsletter and have always received a warm greeting and am treated with respect. "Atrociously overpriced and the customer service was deplorable. I shipped a very lightweight canvas painting and they took my item and boxed it without giving me options or telling me a price. Somehow the box and packaging combo was over 3 pounds. Did they pack it with lead weights? When I asked if I could take it back and package it myself I was curtly told that they had already cut the box and that I would have to ship it. What should have been a pocket change transaction ended up being over $30 and no option of declining my transaction."
