"I entered store right about closing time to fax something. The gentleman was locking up. It was a Saturday and I had to get a lab order faxed (I am a nurse visited a patient that needed this done) When he told me they were closed, I explained my situation and he opened the door and faxed it for me and was very understanding to my situation. I really appreciate the fact he could have turned me away but didn’t. Some people really do care! Thanks again!"

"The Monday thru Friday crew is fine , but the weekend crew sucks . Called on a Saturday with questions no one bothered to answer, but I left message and said they would return call but never did . I know they ain't that busy, no more than week crew , so if I were the owner I'd have a sit down with weekend folks ."

"My husband sent a package via UPS to our son and accidentally threw out the receipt with the tracking number. When our son didn’t receive the package on the expected date we thought all hope of tracking our package was lost. We stopped in to the OIB UPS store and the associate behind the counter assured us he would try to help us, which immediately made us feel less stressed. He tried one method to find the tracking number to no avail, but his coworker Timothy overheard our discussion and came over right away to show him how to find the tracking number another way. He was able to tell us exactly where the package was and when to expect it (turns out we had the ETA wrong) and printed out the tracking number for us. We are so grateful for the excellent customer service provided by Timothy and the gang at the OIB UPS store. As someone who has worked with the public for decades, I always appreciate outstanding customer service. UPS should consider themselves lucky to have these small business owners representing them."

"After reading other reviews, I see this location has issues with their ability to hire pleasant workers. I arrived and the employee was propped up with their feet on the desk. After begrudgingly dragging themselves to the desk, they didn't listen to my request and had to redo the order...and then charged me for the miscommunication/misunderstanding. Poor customer service coupled with a rude worker prompted me to leave this rating."

"I want to give a 5 star shoutout for the guy who runs this store. I had a “no box, no label” amazon return today and found the owner out front with his customers demonstrating a new self-service station for returns. He patiently assisted each customer on how to scan their QR codes, print label, and attach to shipping bag. I commend him for his adoption of this new technology and for recognizing the need to do some “training” with his customers. I had a bad experience here last year. It may have been him or it may have been me but I admit everyone has a bad day every once it a while. This guy is really trying so I think his customers should too. Thank you UPS guy."
