"It is always a pleasure to visit our Shallotte N.C. UPS store! Everyone is so pleasant and friendly, always ready to make sure your packages get to where they need to be and on time!"
"I go to the UPS store quite often in Shallotte and I must say that Gene and Christine are amazing. Everytime I go there Gene is the sweetest most attentive person I have met in a long time. He always puts a smile on my face and makes me laugh. I will definitely be going there rather then OIB where they're not so friendly. Thanks again Gene and Christine!!!"
"Kelly did an outstanding job today helping me get my will notarized. He was very friendly and a joy to work with. 5 Stars to him."
"My issue I’m having isn’t with the store but the customer service center. That being said…Kelly is great!! Actually I’ve never encountered an employee who was anything apart from kind, helpful and genuine. The customer service center may have some kinks to work out but this stores customer service is top notch!"
"We have been using this store for over five years, shipping everything from eBay sales, care packages for our kids, mailbox service, and a massive amount of construction prints. Recently, I needed a Christmas gift delivered to the store as it was to be a surprise. When I picked it up I was charged a five-dollar pick-up fee. This store was not the closest to our home but we chose this location for none other than our loyalty to this business. No longer. They have become as greedy as everyone else nowadays. Good luck with the five bucks. I am sure it will boost your profitability while losing a loyal customer! Who was frustrated? This nickel-and-dime attitude indicates greed in its finest form. How much does it cost to receive a package and hand it over to a loyal customer? How come USPS does not charge for picking up a package? How come FedEx does not charge for picking up a package? Best of luck, you'll need it!"
