"Food is great and staff is always friendly. Doing away with second drive thru lane to make it only online orders isn't smart. Now sit and wait while online order line is empty. Also so difficult to get out of parking lot. Very poor design flaw in making this establishment. Need to make alternative exit."

"Thought I was going to have to wait in line forever but even if the line is long they really get you through very quickly. Every time I go there(90%its drive thru) the staff are so friendly and very helpful. They are standing there in the rain and the cold and in summer the heat. But no matter how miserable they probably are they all have such good attitudes and energy! P.s- I try to tip each person that I speak to. If only one dollar. So maybe $3 or $4?"
