"I've been at this complex for 1.5 years and so far it has been great! They've added valet trash daily in the past month. Maintenance requests are answered within a day or two and staff is super friendly and respectful. Always ample parking, although I live in a building towards the back of the complex. My only complaint is sound does travel as I think the 'hardwood floor' apartments are on the top floor, however noisy neighbors can only be helped by the complex to a certain extent. Overall, a solid place to live for the location, amenities and space- just be wary of rent spikes!"
"The office staff are very nice, always willing to help and answer any questions. I appreciate them trying to make this place a real community with the events they plan for us! Maintenance is on point as well! They respond quickly and are very knowledgeable. They are also always willing to help. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!!"
"Hawthorne at Main has a great office and maintenance team. The community manage, Emma, and the assistant community manager, Elizabeth, are really understanding and work hard to make sure each resident is taken care of. The maintenance team works hard to complete work orders in a timely manner and is respectful to the residents. One of my favorite things about the complex is the clubhouse. There is snacks, drinks, and a coffee maker. The office team organizes many events in the clubhouse, such as a Christmas cookie decoration station (pictured below)."
"The Maintenance Dept. here is TOP NOTCH. Anything that I have ever needed to be fixed has always been done quickly and properly, not there has been much need for it. Hawthorne at Main is very well maintained."
"Our new manager and Assistant manager are doing a great job with maintenance calls, and our monthly events, communicating with us. We had pizza and beer, water, soda, children's drinks by the pool. We enjoyed the residents getting together very much. We had a ice cream sunday bar as well. Everyone seemed to enjoy our fellowship."
