"Conflicting information given regarding when to take trash cans to the street. Check in documents did not agree with notices on refrigerator. After all that confusion, some guy came by and put them out at the street (apparently hired by Lamb). They post a notice to not set A/C temp below 72 or 74 so the system wouldn't break. Really? I paid to be comfortable. If the system can't handle it's job, get it fixed. Had to scrub any kitchen pots/pans/utensils we used. See pictures. Dishwasher was left full of dishes but had NOT been run to clean them. Greeted each morning to palmetto bugs and cockroaches in the kitchen. Wonder why ... Security deposit was kept for 45 days. NC rental statutes state must be returned within 30 days or furnish written document of why it's kept for damage. 4710 S Virginia Dare Trail"

"We recently stayed at Just to Sea You in Kitty Hawk. The place does not disappoint, exactly as you see in the pictures!! The view to the beach is spectacular, the location is close to everything you need, restaurants, grocery store, etc. The house is so bright and beautiful!! We will definitely be back!!"

"Perfect home for any size group or family! There's plenty of open space indoors and out. The home has an ample supply of kitchen equipment, games, books, videos. Kids will love the bunk bed room! Close to restaurants, shopping and activities. We will stay here again!"

"My family stayed at Turquoise Turtle (10003 Old Oregon Inlet Rd.) this year. It was over $10,000 for a week. The property had lots of issues that posed danger to my small nieces and nephews, and simple inconveniences to the rest of us. 1. Nail pops coming out 1/4" all throughout the deck. DANGEROUS. 2. Their can openers were all rusted and did not work. We had to use knives to open our canned food to cook. 3. Front door lock is completely rusted out and has to be finessed to lock it. 4. Some vanity drawers can't fully open because they run into window trim when opened 2". 5. There are no extra towels anywhere on the property. 6. Trashcan is so small in the kitchen we had to take it out every single day if not twice a day. 7. Their sliding glass doors required 40+ lb force to close. Kids couldn't even close the one on the first floor and it was a struggle to close the one upstairs. 8. Kitchen sink did not have a garbage disposal. 9. Extra blankets in closet are rough and old. 10. Uneven concrete around the pool creates lips that are easy to stub your toe or trip and fall. The price didn't feel justifiable for the condition of the home."
