"Great service all around would go again"
"Second year in a row they have delivered to the wrong house!"
"On 7/16/2020.a food delivery was scheduled for my husband John Dykton at 325 Crowburk RD. Pageland SC 229728. He was in the hospital at the time and I was home alone and disabled. I was in the rear of my home when our dog began barking . As I made my way to the front I saw the fedex truck pulling out of our drive. There had been no contact, a knock or my door bell. I made my way out side to find the box clearly marked perishable and notify the resident. I was left to try and maneuver this very heavy box by myself into the garage. I couldn’t move it so I got it opened and had to unload everything separately. In 95 degree heat the ice pack had already melted and was dripping on the packaging, and I was near collapse by the time I managed to put it away. If my dog had not been barking I would not have known that the box was there. This is unforgivable negligence on the drivers part . I have been told that fedex is the worst, that reputation is well earned . Your driver showed a blatant disregard for the shipment and the people counting on it. Lois Dykton"
