"I bought my first 'big-girl' car almost 3 years ago. When I searched for local insurance agencies, I came across Farm Bureau. I did a bit of research to make sure that I was getting the best possible deal when it comes to insurances and premiums. Thankfully, I Josh Courtney, and he's been my agent ever since. I really appreciate the time and effort that he put in to helping me understand things and always answered any questions that I had. I think many people often think that insurance agencies just like to hassle people or make 'life' seem hard, but this isn't the case with this Farm Bureau location or this agent; not once did I ever leave a conversation regarding my policy angry or confused. If you're in the market for new insurance, I 100% recommend them. They'll take care of you and make sure that everything goes as smoothly and easily as possible."

"Todd is about the only decent person at this branch. The head people of this company will approve anything that runs over their desk even if their customers ask them not to. The front desk ladies have no clue what they are doing in this place. It's like all they are taught is take money and press a button to print a receipt. I was sent a letter saying they were going to add my family members to my insurance policy cause my little sister got her license, and we are all listed at the same address. The letter stated to call, and tell them not to do this to prevent this from happening. I called, and was told they had no idea what type of letter I was talking about. The only person who tried to help me on this situation was Todd Rollings. He tried reaching out to the head office to prevent this from happening, and they decided to ignore him and approve it anyways. This ended up with them canceling my policy 8 days before the due date, and costing me $80 in fees at the DMV due to being without insurance for a period of time without notice. Then they still send me letters saying I owe them money, and saying I still need to pay my membership fee for them even though I am no longer insured through them. I would love to work with Todd Rollings again over insurance, but not through this company."
