"Rented a house for the weekend, First off, they gave us the incorrect key code to get in the house. They did not provide the WiFi password in our packet, so had to call to get it. They gave us the incorrect WiFi password multiple times. After lots of phone calls, they finally informed us that the WiFi password had been changed. They did not provide passes to drop off our trash at the convenience center as we were leaving. When I called their office they said I could come back to their office at the top of mountain to pick up what they should have provided at check-in. So we ended up taking all of our trash home with us. Worst realty company I have ever rented from. I should have listened to the other negative reviews and NOT rented from them. It is a shame because we did like the house."

"We rented from this company for 11 days in August. All I can say is buyer beware! The photos of the rental were from years prior - we thought we were getting a vista view which we found had numerous trees grown since the posted photo had been taken. "Newly replaced" carpet was stained, window seals were broke with condensation between the panes, so 1/2 of the windows you could not even see out. I bought a painters knife to scrape the years of pollen off the windows so we could see out of the ones that didn't have permanent condensation. Mold was on the window sills and all the exterior siding. Cobwebs filled the window screens. Sheets are literally thread bare with no elastic to hold onto the mattresses. Many of the blinds are broken. Lower level of the house was uninhabitable because of the strong musty smell. I learned AFTERWARD that none of the houses listed with this company have any reviews. Ask yourself why. The staff were very helpful, and having club amenities was really nice. However I would avoid this company!"
