"The only con is the slight inconvince of taking out your own trash when you leave. The pros are great arcade games for the kids, great views in the upstairs master bedroom and how everything is thought-out and marked for your convince. There will always be marshmallow sticks to make smores, and a firelog to enjoy roasting over. The driveway is wide enough to do a 3 point turn around in a GMC arcadia so instead of having to back into the driveway to manage the overly sharp turn into the road when you leave you can feel more at ease."
