No exceptions no matter the circumstances 3) Once furniture is finally delivered necessary precautions are not taken, which resulted in gauged walls and floors at our property. 4) After repeated attempts with the sales rep, store manager and assistant manager, no repairs have been made, nor has anyone called us back. We’ve been told the repairs would be handled, but even after providing our builders phone number, High Country reps have not made any effort to remedy the damage caused by the movers. Very disappointing experience and service from a high end furniture store of which the issues have still not been remedied to date."

"I walked in to see what High Country Furniture and Design had to offer in the way of club chairs. Traci was a delight to work with and I walked out of the shop after purchasing exactly what I was looking for and IT WAS IN STOCK!!! The chairs were delivered the next week by two friendly delivery men. I loved my experience so much, I returned a couple of days ago and purchased a side board, end table and lamp from Traci, which will be delivered next week. Traci really spent the time to take me around the store and show me everything they had to offer and was very patient and professional. Definitely recommend High Country to anyone looking for furniture and accessories for their home."

"This was our second purchase from High Country and I can honestly say that both experiences were fantastic. In this world of post Covid delays on just about everything, High Country gave us estimated dates that were realistic and accurate. The quality of both the bedroom pieces and the dining table were excellent. There was a slight problem with a blemish in the wood on the headboard and the delivery guy immediately called the store to text them photos. He told us to keep it so we would have a bed to sleep in and they delivered the replacement within the week. Top notch service, fair prices and a great variety of quality products make for a wonderful shopping experience!"

"From the moment I first walked into High Country, I knew I was in the right place. I could smell all the real wood and leather furniture, and was surrounded with lovely rustic decor. I was on a "rustic" mission! I'd recently moved to Hendersonville, and donated all of my old bedroom furniture before that. So, since I was starting from scratch, the time was right to finally create my perfect rustic bedroom retreat. I was greeted in the store by the manager, Traci, and shared my vision with her. When she understood the limitations of my budget, she led me to a bedroom set that I fell in love with immediately. When I said "sold!," she handed me off to Debbie, who was very pleasant and efficient while processing the order. After that, Sydney kept me up to date with delivery information, and patiently answered some questions I had about my account. When the furniture arrived at my house, the two delivery guys, Heath and Jimmy, handled everything with great care, and assembled the bed for me. I also ordered a new Serta mattress, which had been recommended by Traci, and it's by far the most comfortable bed I've slept on in my whole life. I'm in rustic, comfy heaven!"
