"They don't have transparency with their pricing. I was talking to the saleswoman and didn't want to waste my time or their time for a full quote (because I was looking into various companies). So, I asked just for a simple quote on one box to get a feel for what it would be like. They wouldn't give me simple pricing. They'll make you go through their entire service (which waste time & energy). Also, I wasn't impressed with their "custom cabinets". The way things are made now makes cabinets look like ikea. The type of polyurethane makes them look like a plastic-ish look on the outside. I found a true custom cabinet designer in Hendersonville that does have a more authentic look instead of current cabinet trends."

We met several times to pick out the right finish and color for our cabinets and he came to the house to review our storage needs and made excellent suggestions to maximize our storage. Additionally, Kevin coordinated the delivery of the cabinets and kept us informed as to the timing of the project and Bill did a superb job with the installation.
