"I ordered a couch and chair. They never showed up for the scheduled delivery nor call to cancel it. Unfortunately it was for a second house and someone drove 2 1/2 hours to be there. I called the next day and was told it would be delivered 5 days later. No call to cancel it again. I showed up at the store and a sign on the door said sorry closed. I stopped my credit card. I called several times after as I really wanted the merchandise. No one called me back. Nice merchandise by terrible csustomer service. Guess I'm going to Tysons."
