The son, Dawlton was who met for our appt., he was extremely knowledgeable, he listened to what my husband and I liked and need in a bed and helped us find a perfect fit by explaining all of the mattresses details to us and he was graciously patient letting us try out the mattresses. I have sciatica and other back problems and our old mattress was so bad that we had been sleeping in our guest room just to rest well!
