"So very rude to customer, talks down to customer, very aggressive, tries to bully..... Cudtomer had bought furniture and wanted to take cushions from sofa with them so person delivering the sofa wouldn't loose or top them...well she would not let them take the cushions!!! And....the sofa and love seat was already paid for, owner already was paid so it should of been the customers right yo take the cushions that she had paid for!!!! We tell everyone who is looking for furniture about this woman's attitude..... No way will she be recommened to anyone or Cranford Furniture. ... So sad since her dad had this business for so many years and was very nice to all who walked thru the doors.....unsatisfied.by all means!"
