"Was supposed to get 2 packages 1 was delivered the other says I requested them to take it back this place is a joke people can't do there jobs stop being lazy!"

"Staff seemed friendly enough but twice now I've been given notice that my packages were delivered. I've yet to receive them. I called the Postmaster only to be told they were dropped off at the wrong address. So it begs the question what did they do with my packages? Who has them, I don't."

"Super nice people but…there is a big problem with package delivery. My mom told me to be expecting some packages, so I was checking my mail box regularly. The day after we expected delivery I get the notice that I’m going to have to pick them up myself and it’s DATED FOR THE PREVIOUS DAY saying no one was home. I know for a fact that, not only was I home, NO ATTEMPT at delivery was made. So that just feels deliberately dishonest and lazy to me. Like I said though, our letter carrier and the clerks have all been friendly and helpful. I think it has more to do with the guy not having a proper delivery truck. Looks like he drives his own 4-door sedan and I can see how it’s a struggle to get packages for a route to fit in there along with everybody’s mail. So HEY! USPS GET OUR GUY A PROPER VEHICLE, WOULD YA?"

"Good, hard working small town folk. Couple times they've surprised me. First, they knew my address, and of my nearby relatives given only my name. Second, they consistently talk folks out of paying for unnecessarily large or expensive packaging, stopping the dang Ole line if need be to save the hapless shipper a buck or two. Works for me."

"The postal worker for my route tried to sneak off without attempting to deliver a very expensive parcel which required a signature. I caught him about to drive away, signed for it, etc. But when I looked at my phone, I had received a text stating "no valid recipient at address." He had literally just marked it down without even knocking. I was by the door the whole time until it was obvious he was about to leave. Wildly irresponsible and unprofessional."
