"Literally always rude and not helpful. I understand the job maybe stressful but don’t get the job if you can’t be nice to people who don’t know what to do. Terrible customer service especially the lady with curly hair as I have never heard her be nice to customers. They don’t work good with lots of people in the store and are especially slow. Don’t help you package things or offer any assistance if you can’t figure something out. Rude. 0 stars if I could just for the employees attitude. I cannot stress how dumb the woman makes you feel if you don’t know how to do everything correctly. Never met a more miserable team of employees."

"Horrible experience here and I will not be back because their customer service is terrible! The lady at the counter was incredibly rude and did not believe me when I said the box I was shipping something back in was the box that Amazon sent it to me in. It was a huge item and I assured her over and over that that was the only box it came in and I didn't have any other boxes because that's what it came in! She just shook her head and rudely told me I was wrong. She refused to ship it until I bought another box to put the original box in! I told her that was ridiculous and I did exactly what Amazon told me to do by putting it in the original box and packing it securely which I had done with packing tape. Everything was exactly as I received it and the woman still would not believe me and made me buy a box from her to put it in. She never apologized for her awful behavior and I will not be back to this location again. I have been here before and unfortunately witnessed her treat other customers this way. She belittles them and raises her voice at them and will not let people explain because she thinks she is always right, despite the customers doing exactly what Amazon has instructed the customer to do! I plan on letting Amazon know about the issue at this UPS store location so they can train certain employees there to know what an Amazon box looks like!"

"I walked in to drop off packages for 3 order returns and the woman at the counter was very rude and snappy at me. I could tell she was having a bad day and she took it out on me for no reason and I gave her no reason to behave how she did. She snapped at every word I said. I continued to be pleasant because I was concerned she would do something to my packages after I left. I will find another location to go to. Very sad."

"I dread going in here . The older lady with the long curly salt and pepper hair is extremely rude and has no customer service skills. She acts bothered by any customer that walks in and had no personality. This is my experience every time I go in there. The others employees are definitely not the friendliest either. Just a really bad mix all together."
