"In the last 2 or so years this place has really fell off. I've been with them for maybe 7yrs and it's really getting aggravating. Being behind on times is really starting to show so maybe it's time to move on to a insurance company that keeps up with today's standards."

"Terrible customer service. We were loyal customers for years. Vehicles, house, business insurance we got from them. when we moved out of our house and decided to rent it, we got a note in the mail stating our insurance had been canceled due to the fact that was not out our primary residence. No warning, no phone call ... No email ... Nothing ... .... When we called to try to resolve the situation they office personnel didn't even know what options to offer or how handle the problem... Plus they make you feel like the worst part of their day it's when they have to answer to your questions."

"I am not sure about all of the negative reviews, but I personally haven't had any issues with this office. Farm Bureau had the best rates (even with the yearly membership included) and I love Beverly in the office! Now that you can pay everything online and I don't have to deal with the draft it is even more convenient. Try them out for yourself because I can tell you they are not normally as bad as some of the other reviews say."

"Please please please do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from this insurance company. I’ve had insurance through both small company’s and large company’s such as geico and farm bearu is by far the WORST I’ve ever had. Their customer service is awful. If you pay your premium in full you’ll somehow get a bill in the mail every month for something. When you question why you’re being billed they give you the run around. We had our home and auto insurance with them for two years and never got to speak to our agent, Travis, directly. If you enjoy calling them monthly over random charges that are met with unanswered questions then this is the company for you!"
