"A.k.a. Gatlinburg falls resorts. I do not recommend renting from this company. Only gave 2 stars due to the replacement cabin offered on the 2nd night of our stay. I will try to be fair and lay the facts out as much as possible. We were a party of 10, including 2 dogs. We rented a cabin called Adorable Escape. Beautiful pictures advertised with a great rate. Found out why the rate was so affordable. Upon arrival, we found no wifi available, hot tub dismantled and inoperable, and roaches galore. We unfortunately didn't discover the roaches until after dark when they came out. See pictures. Documented only half of what we discovered. Also found mold on pillowcase. This led to much anxiety for our group. One couple left. I tried to sleep in the truck. Horrible night for all. The next morning, complaints were issued. Rental company sent out exterminator. The exterminator sprayed but recommended bombing the place. We decided to vacate. The rental company moved us to another cabin, Paddling Bear. It was much improved, but the hot tub was again not heated. We only had booked a total of 2 nights. On the day of departure , we went to the main office to discuss billing. After explaining our displeasure, magically, their systems went down. Couldn't help us and would need to call. Returned home and for 3 weeks, our complaints were constantly ignored and / or we were offered only 25% discount on future stays a d more often than not, their systems were down when we called. This was unacceptable. Every time we requested to speak to a supervisor, we were denied or their systems were down. After daily conversations and emails with photos, threats to dispute the whole charge , report them to BBB and speaking to numerous people, did we finally get something resolved. We were only asking for what was fair, removal of the hot tub fee, and the 25% discount offered on future stays to be applied to this stay, because we were not coming back. Their customer service was not what one would expect from a huge "luxury" rental company. I repeat, do not recommend renting with this company. Beware if you do!"

"We have stayed with Gatlinburg Falls resort twice and loved our cabins each time. The customer service was outstanding. If we needed more towels they immediately took care of us. One time we had an issue with the air, and they immediately addressed our concern. The cabins are well maintained clean & kitchen well stocked with supplies. The beds were super comfortable. My family has precious memories in our “home away from home” cabins. We would totally recommend!"

"Place was beautiful! From the views from the resort to the cabin itself. Would definitely stay again. Parking situation wasn't great but not bad. Really only space for two cars in front of each cabin and you have to park them parallel to the cabin. Windows were really dirty in the cabin but everything else was clean and kept nice."

"Staff was rude and unresponsive to our requests. We were given directions to the cabin upon checking in....but directions were not correct. After 30 minutes looking we found it. Someone lives very close to "secluded" location. The grass was not mowed when we arrived. After 2 requests and 2 days they did come cut the grass. The bed was the worst. Probably the loudest and hardest bed ive ever attempted to sleep on. We had 2 towels and there were no washcloths for our entire stay of 4 nights. The grill was a different one than pictured in the advertisement it looked more like the grills one finds in a public park. Lastly the hot tub was coated in green algae. We still had a wonderful time while visiting the smokey mountains. On a more positive note, there was a gorgeous view from the back deck, and the cabin had a well stocked kitchen."
