"Took a document in on a Friday to be translated, was told to come back on Saturday to pick up the document and pay. Nobody has been in the office Saturday 10am-2pm, and Monday or Tuesday between 10am-6pm, which is their posted hours of operation. We have checked to see if the office is occupied at all hours on the day, and nobody is there despite their business hours saying they are open. Nobody answers the phone, it just rings out until a recording says "Memory Full" and disconnects. This was an urgent translation and now we are delayed due to the lack of professionalism on the part of this "business"."
