"When I first got my Bed In A Box I was excited to get a good night's sleep. It was good for 4 years until there was sagging where I sleep. Now when I lay down I am in a depression in the mattress and wake up early in the AM due to back and hip pain. When I called them they said I had to put a broom or yard stick across the bed and show it dips the distance of a quarter. You cant see the dip. it's covered by the top layer of foam. Once anyone lays in the bed it's like sleeping in a divot. Their warranty is useless and they know it."
