"If you are reading negative reviews it's because some people don't understand quotes and repairs take time. You're not walking into Starbucks for a coffee. You're not stopping for a restroom break on the side of the highway. If you're looking for a rush job you're asking for trouble ANY way. Honest and helpful. After taking my car to 3 body shops for quotes I ended up here and I will return when the needs arises. (Repairs were out of pocket FYI.) These folks did a terrific job and I will use them from here on out."

"Absolutely Horrid! After being rear-ended, I took my car to Fred Hudson. They seemed nice and knowledgeable. They did half of an alignment and placed me on a long waiting list for the remaining repairs. When I got my car back from the alignment I noticed slight damage to the front bumper. When I brought the concern to them I asked if it could have been done while they were working on it or during the accident. Within 24 hours they contacted me and stated they were refusing to do any repairs on my vehicle since I "accused" them of damaging my vehicle. I merely brought a concern about my car to their attention and politely asked questions. I have now wasted 6 weeks waiting on repairs and must start over with a new body shop. Such a childish response and very unprofessional!! If you take your car to these guys, know that you are not allowed to ask questions or voice any concerns about your vehicle."
