"Queen City Bodywork’s was really great to work with. From their initial call all the way to the finish line, they were very professional and timely. They kept me updated on the repairs and had my car ready to go in no time. I would highly recommend this place."
"It took quite awhile to get the work done, but we expected as much with shortages on parts etc. They did an excellent job and they are fantastic people. Very friendly and kind and understanding."
"I had some damage to the right rear bumper some time ago. The car was fairly old and closing 200,000 mi, so I pretty much ignored it. Then the weather stripping around the rear hatchback peeled away, ruining the weather seal, so I had to get something done about that. As long as I was there, I asked about fixing the bumper area. Could it just be pulled out? They didn't want to do that. I suggested fixing it right. The weather stripping replacement was a bit more expensive than I would have guessed, but the full job ended up would I will call reasonable, if not cheap. The rest of the car is in good shape and continues to serve me well. It was worth getting the back end integrity back in shape. From the time I got my estimate, it took about a week for the parts to come in, and another few days to install them. The whole turnaround was less than two weeks. They had my car less than three days, faster than their initial estimate. This was not something I was going to go to the insurance company with. It was on my dime, and they appreciated that and kept the cost as low as possible. I'm happy to give Queen City a five-star recommendation."
