"After a semi truck hit our Subaru Outback we used this location as it was closest to the site of the accident and we didn’t want to attempt driving the car back to our home in the mountains. Besides the fact that they told us two weeks for the work and pushed it back continually for about 6 (knowing they were taking us well outside the 4 week period of insurance covering our rental), when the car was finally returned there was work that wasn’t completed, new scratches, tar and dirt covering the ceiling and sunshades as they had to remove the ceiling and reattach it, scratch marks and deep indents in the interior, and the front seat belts now refuse to retract. We will never use caliber again."
