"Terrible Terrible experience. Sent my husband to the Galax UPS store to package three items in a box so that they would not move around as we traveled. When i lifted the box, i could feel the items slide from one side to another, i n an unnecessaily large box to find my Husband described his experience: "The kid did not seem to know he was doing. When it was my turn, after i told him what i needed, he asked me if he could take care of another customer who he had helped earlier who was returning a tape measure. Fine. Then it was my turn again, but after just a minute, he asked me if I could sit in the chairs over there.. Thought he was going to work on my box, but he waited on 3 or 4 customers instead," I called the store and described the horrible job and was told that i could come in and they would redo it. We spent $10 plus an hour for a totally useless job, I asked to speak to the manager and was told that she was "not available. When i asked when thashe would be, I was told she is not in today. I don't believe that I would ever trust this store again."

"I went today to the UPS store in Galax VA to ship off an item that had been purchased through a selling app. UPS failed to tell me that I had the option to bring my own box. Charged me $13 for a box without fully explaining to me what the charge was for. I asked if the buyer that had bought my item had not already covered the shipping and then he said oh yeah they're paying shipping. That was for your box, bring your own box next time doesn't have to be anything fancy then boy said yeah. Sorry about that. Have a good day with a bad attitude. I asked for a refund and to bring my own box to continue the order process. I was then told that I could not be issued a refund because they had already taped the box. So I made them give me my item and the box that I had paid $13 back and I will most likely be going through USPS primarily because of the employees bad attitudes and them failing to inform me of what my options actually were. Also USPS has boxes for free!"

"Lost my package (it happens) but showed it was delivered. I was home all day and it definitely wasn't delivered so I go the the UPS store to check on it and gave them my tracking info and they said it was delivered and they couldn't help me. Ordered it early enough to know I would have it before Christmas now I had to start a claim and it won't be reviewed until after Christmas"

"Really annoying that I can’t pick up my package I even paid extra to have it held at the store because me and my wife had to work and no one would be there to sign for it I have the tracking information as well as my address on it is the same as my drivers license my wife’s name is on the package not mine so I can’t pick it up but the email stated if it was some one besides her signing for it they would have to provide their photo I’d so had it been sent to my house any one could have signed for it I was told they couldn’t let me have it due to fraud I guess theifs are so creative that they would know the package was held at the store and are able to forge state ids with the address of said package I can even tell you the contents of the package as it is my new phone will not be doing any kind of business from this location from here on out"
