"I called to let my local rep know i had completed the repairs on the property i had purchased. The call was never returned. When it was time to renew my home owners policy i never got a notice in the mail. I called the local branch and i was told my policy had been cancelled. With NO NOTICE. They told me it was because i had not made the repairs on the house.. The same repairs i had contacted them about months prior. Then i was told i had to pay my premium, re-sign up for farm bureau membership and i would probably have coverage again. Keep in mind they cancelled my property insurance with NO NOTICE. I have had a new roof installed ($5,500) and done over $10,000 in home repairs/renovations. They need to pay more attention to customer care."
