"Its been almost a year since I started and I couldn't be more excited about my experience. Great gym and great people. You don't have to worry about fitting in or if you don't know exactly what you are doing (or want to do) at the risk of looking like the "new guy/gal". The staff will show you everything you need to know, how to do it correctly at whatever level you might be at. If you have previous injuries or maybe aren't as flexible as you once were like me, they will even show you alternate ways to still reach your goals. Once I retired from teaching, I still wanted to stay active and healthy but most importantly I wanted to feel like I was part of something and not just another customer.
